2025 Vendors
- A&B Breakfast & Brunch Dinner – Grilled buttered corn on the Cob/ Bacon Wrapped Corn on the Cob/ Strawberry Shortcake
- Anna’s Banana Bread – homemade varieties of banana and pumpkin bread and other yummy treats
- Backyard Garlic – Growing and dehydrating Eliot garlic. Our garlic is ready to go home in spice grinder jars and/or refill bags.
- Baha’i Faith Community of Eliot – The Baha’i Faith is a world religion whose founding principle is a belief in the unity of humankind. Their spin art booth is a Festival tradition for everyone.
- Candy Gardner – Hand painted advent calendars, drift wood suncatchers, 3D Holiday pictures, decoupage birdhouses/lotion bottles and plant pots
- The Card Bros – All types of sports cards and collectibles including Pokemon cards available. A young entrepreneur sharing his passion and knowledge about card collecting.
- Curtain Call Performing Arts Academy – A theater & dance school dedicated to providing quality performance training for students of all ages on the Seacoast.
- Eliot Democrats – In their booth this year: voter information, samples of state and local ballots, an interactive display along with coffee and baked goods and flowers from Shilo Farm!
- Eliot Garden Club – Founded in 1929, we are a community organization that promotes plant-based community work. Stop by and learn about us and how you can help your community.
- Eliot Historical Society – Check out all the programs the EHS has in place to preserve our physical history as well as walking tour guides to help you see the history before your eyes.
- Eliot Republican Town Committee – Established to preserve home town values in Eliot
- First Congregational Church of Eliot – Serving grilled cheese sandwiches along with drinks and treats.
- Focused Chaos Creations – An ADHD-fueled art business channeling energy into photography, polymer clay earrings, digital art, and crocheting.
- Four Bodies Community Wellness – a new wellness space opening this October in the Eliot Commons focusing on nurturing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. They offer yoga, Pilates, guided meditations, & sound baths along with a range of complementary wellness services.
- Great Works Land Trust – local Non-profit conservation group with information on preserves and conservation easements.
- Home Instead – In-home Senior Care Agency helping seniors stay home for over 23 years.
- King Tut’s Cider – Can’t get more Eliot in September then this family owned local source for cider and apples
- Knights of Columbus – South Berwick/Eliot chapter – fried dough and cold drinks
- Kona Ice of York County – Hawaiian shaved ice in mix and match flavors.
- One Button Short – Embroidered bibs and baby items, tooth fairy pillows, towels, pillowcases, doll clothes and more
- Maine Pet Supply – Eliot’s own pet supply store offering dog and cat grooming, a dog/cat self-wash, a dog playground, as well as a full line of dog and cat treats and supplies.
- Maine St Crafts – 3D pictures made with cardstock with frame of your choice
- Marshwood High School Interact Club – Interact is a student-led service club that empowers young people to make a difference through community and international projects. It promotes leadership, teamwork, and compassion through hands-on service. Sponsored by Rotary, Interact connects students with a global network of changemakers.
- Marshwood Theater Boosters – Supporting student theatre education in the Marshwood school district grades 3-12. Selling tickets to our fall district musical
- Marshwood High Girls Volleyball Boosters – Support Marshwood school district volleyball programs with face painting, volleyball demonstrations, and selling baked goods in the booth.
- Noah’s Park – selling plush toys & squishy animals by Disney, Russ, Boyd’s Bears, and TY
- Pet Wants – fresh pet food and treats available from your local distributor
- Portsmouth Naval Shipyard STEM display – Getting Kids and Adults excited about the world wide work of the Navy and the Yard
- Re-fabrications by Kim – Goods made with vintage or repurposed textiles. From aprons, totes, and stuffies to pillow covers and jewelry.
- Renewal by Anderson – upgrade your old windows for something that will help your energy costs in summer and winter.
- Ricks Rustic Soaps – We make artisan Soaps and accessories
- Salmon Falls Animal Hospital – Pet health and care professionals in South Berwick.
- Seacoast Alcoholics Anonymous – Pamphlets,meeting schedules,members answering questions
- Seaside Crochet – Various crocheted items with emphasis on toys
- Shaun/Roberta’s Table – We can Zucchini Relish, Dill Pickles and Dilly Beans
- South Berwick Rotary – Service organization for international and local projects. Selling our home-made gelato out of the Rotary trailer
- South Eliot Advent Christian Church – drinks, chili and baked goods (apple crisp, cinnamon rolls, homemade donuts)
- Town of Eliot Age in Place Committee – Their mission is to look at changes in Eliot’s physical, economic, and social environment that will enable Eliot residents to live in their homes for as long as possible; and to foster services/programs geared to residents active and engaged in the community.
- Town of Eliot Agriculture and Food Security – to promote local agricultural-based economic opportunities; preserve, revitalize, and sustain the Eliot agricultural industry; and, promote the pursuit of agriculture as a career opportunity and lifestyle. Furthermore, to advise on issues and challenges regarding food security and accessibility to healthy foods for all residents.
- Town of Eliot Planning Department – Responsible for development review, land use regulation development, long-range planning, and many other task areas.
- Two Fishes – Creating candle holders out of beach stones.
- United Home Experts – Come find out about our services that keep you and your home safe and snug through New England winters.
- Westcott Garage Door – Garage door service and installation
- Wild Flour – an Eliot baker, will be bringing Artisan Sourdough and a variety of sweet and savory treats!
- William Fogg Library – check out our calendar for activities and our catalogue for all the adventures you could want from home. This year we will be promoting the library’s Green & Beautiful Campaign with games and prizes and make & takes for the kids.
- Wood Crafted Home – Hand made wooden products for your home. Coffee scoops, bottle openers, wine stoppers, wine rack, dog bowls, wooden bowls, coasters and more.
- York County Emergency Management Agency – Their mission is to lessen the effects of a disaster on the lives and property of residents, municipalities, and businesses of York County through coordination and training on the four phases of emergency management: preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation. Stop by for emergency preparedness information and communications vehicle demonstration.
- York Woods Tree & Products – Eliot’s family-owned garden center, landscape supply company, and green waste recycling facility, dedicated to sustainability and helping our community grow.
- Zen Corner – We will have zentangle, mandalas, painted rocks and more!

We have plenty of room for vendors of all shapes and sizes, though we will be assigning booth space closer to the day.
