Parade Start has moved to the William Fogg Library
Want to join the parade? We welcome individuals, hobby groups, businesses, marching groups, and community organizations.
Parade application fill it out online so we know to expect your entry and so our emcee can give you a shout out!
Liability Waiver download the pdf and follow the directions for applicable signatures BEFORE the Festival, please.
The route FOR PARADE is State Rd. from its intersection with Old Road (William Fogg Library) to its intersection with Moses Garish Farmer Road (Maine Market).
As you are dropping parade participants off- please be aware that for everyone’s safety we will be strictly enforced 10 MPH in the parade area during the festival.
Note: ** All parade participant vehicles not actually in the parade will NOT park in the Library Parking Lot ** they may park at a marked parking area located on State Road across from Wiltshire Road after they drop off any participants at the Library. Beware of Poison Ivy in the parking field.
Parade Line-Up Schedule Saturday, September 26, 2026 (rain or shine) :
- Vehicles arrive 9 – 9:30 am –Vehicles/Floats with or without walking groups will parallel park in the library parking lot heading the vehicles toward Old Road. York Woods Tree and Product Large Vehicles will line up in the Grange parking lot headed toward the intersection of Old Road and State Road.
- Participants arrive 9 – 9:45 am-Walking groups with no vehicle/float will form groups on the Library front lawn
- Line-up to establish the order for the grandstand 10 – 10:15 am
- Step off onto Old Road/State Road headed for the Festival 10:30 am!!
If your parade entry includes a vehicle there will be a strictly enforced 10 MPH on State Road during the festival.

Parking is at the Eliot Commons on Route 236 with shuttles running regularly.
